Great location right in the center! Loved being so close to a train station, made getting around super easy 🚆.

The stay here was very special, loved the hotel, it was tidy with absolutely perfect location close enough to Forum Romanum, main railway station and the main attractions...

Everything was modern, truly enjoyed our fine stay. The staff we met was friendly. Our room was air-conditioned and neat, offered with a balcony and the aircon. The food was excellent - a wide range of options. Distance to the airport was just 15 km.

This place is brand-new, extremely pleasant, with a nice balcony, and the service is exceptional, leaving me totally satisfied.

The room had large beds, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and an iron, and the location was great for exploring a 5th-century church nearby.

the location is perfect, close to Central Station Termini, Metro Station Vittorio Emanuele, and just a short walk from the Colosseum. the team at San Vito was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, including a lovely bathroom. the breakfast at a nearby café was delicious.

The room was air conditioned and reasonably sized. We had an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and climate control. We had views of the city. the location was great and perfect, for example, Santa Pudenziana Basilica was not too far away from the hotel.

Great location near underground stop and Colosseum. Friendly staff, good WiFi, coffee machine in room. Value for money. Rich breakfast in nearby cafe. Helpful owner who provided map and recommendations for city tour and lunch.

We had an absolutely mind-blowing experience at this amazing place! The host, Giuliana, was super helpful in recommending top-notch places to eat and sightsee. The location was jaw-droppingly perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the hop on hop off bus stop. The lovely host even provided locker room facilities for our luggage after our late flight. The room was incredibly clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a flat-screen TV and electric kettle. The friendly staff and quick email responses from the owners added to the VIP check-in/out experience. The location, with its close proximity to the train station, made it easy to explore the city. And we loved being able to relax on the balcony with our own snacks from the local grocery store. The older building's lift made it convenient for us, and the air conditioning in the non-smoking rooms was a refreshing touch. we would definitely stay here again if we were to head back to this incredible city!

The location was excellent, just a short walk from both Stazione Termini and the Santa Maria Maggiore taxi rank. As a light sleeper, I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet our room was, even with the windows open. the clean and spacious bathroom was also a plus.

The staff at San Vito Suites were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We were greeted with a warm smile and they went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to all the main attractions. We were able to walk everywhere except for the Vatican, which was easily accessible by metro. The breakfast provided was delicious and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing us with a cozy place to relax after a long day of exploring.
